临床健康教育路径在肝硬化食道静脉曲张破裂出血患者护理中的应用分析

The Application of Clinical Health Education Path in the Nursing of Patients with Hemorrhage of Esophageal Varices with Cirrhosis

目的探讨临床健康教育路径在肝硬化食道静脉曲张破裂出血患者护理中的应用效果。方法选取我院2016年2月~2017年2月收治的70例肝硬化食道静脉曲张破裂出血患者。电脑随机分为观察组和对照组各35例。对照组患者行常规护理措施,观察组患者行临床健康教育路径护理措施,对两组护理效果进行比较。结果 (1)观察组患者护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)护理后,观察组有效止血率、对疾病知识掌握程度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组再出血发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施临床健康教育路径,效果显著,有利于防止肝硬化食道静脉曲张再次破裂出血,不仅提升了护理满意度,而且还提升了患者对疾病的认知程度。

Objective To explore the effect of clinical health education pathway in nursing care of patients with cirrhosis and esophageal varices bleeding.Methods From our hospital in February 2016 to February 2017, liver cirrhosis and esophageal varices were treated with bleeding,70 patients were randomly selected,as the research object,and through the computer randomly,divided into two groups（study group and routine group,35 cases in each group） two.To provide routine nursing measures for the patients in the conventional group,and to provide clinical health education path nursing measures for the patients in the study group.The two groups of nursing effects were statistically processed.Results The nursing satisfaction questionnaire,found that the total satisfaction of patients in the study group on nursing program, significantly higher than the conventional group, the results had statistical significance（P〈0.05）;nursing, study group effective rate of hemostasis,mastery of disease knowledge, higher than the conventional group（P〈0.05）,and after a year follow up, find the incidence of rebleeding, lower than the normal group, there were statistical significance between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The implementation of clinical health education path, was conducive to the prevention of liver cirrhosis and esophageal variceal rebleeding, the effect was significant,not only to enhance the nursing satisfaction, but also improve the patients awareness of disease. Worthy of further clinical reference.
