摘要
建立阿霉素大鼠肾病综合征模型,考察阿霉素不同注射剂量,确立造模的最佳条件。采用尾静脉一次性注射阿霉素,制造大鼠肾病模型。注射阿霉素造模后,阿霉素7.5mg/kg剂量组大鼠死亡率60%,阿霉素6.5mg/kg剂量组大鼠死亡率15%,阿霉素5.5mg/kg剂量组大鼠死亡率5%,但尿蛋白含量低于其他两组。从大鼠的死亡率、尿蛋白含量、精神状态等综合比较,尾静脉一次性注射阿霉素6.5mg/kg剂量能较好的复制出阿霉素肾病综合征大鼠模型。
To establish a rat model of nephrotic syndrome and investigate the optimum conditions for different administration dosages of adriamycin,the single intravenous injection of adriamycin was used.The mortality was 60%for 7.5 mg/kg dose group,15% for 6.5 mg/kg dose group,and 5% for 5.5 mg/kg dose group,respectively in rats.The urinary protein content in 5.5 mg/kg dose group was lower than that in other two groups.By a comprehensive comparison of the mortality,urinary protein content and mental status,the adriamycin nephrotic syndrome model can be best reproduced with a single intravenous dosage of 6.5 mg/kg adriamycin in rats.
