桑葚花青素饮品对脊髓损伤大鼠运动功能恢复的作用 被引量:7

摘要 为了探讨桑葚花青素饮品对脊髓损伤大鼠运动功能恢复的作用,选取成年大鼠75只,随机分组,对全部大鼠进行行为学测试,具备正常行为能力后实施造模手术,术后给予桑葚花青素干预,观察大鼠BBB评分、大鼠斜板试验以及血清SOD、MDA活性指标。试验结果显示,4个试验组均有助于脊髓损伤运动功能的恢复,其中A组BBB评分最高、大鼠斜板角度测试停留角度最大,术后血清SOD、MDA活性指标也显示A组的效果最优。大鼠术后第7天到术后第14天运动功能恢复速度比较快。使用新鲜桑葚强化淋洗精滤后用500mL/L乙醇浓度洗脱解吸附的工艺对桑葚花青素的提取率最高,制成的饮品对机体脊髓损伤运动功能恢复效果最好。 In order to discuss the effect of mulberry anthocyanin drinks produced by different techniques on the motor function recovery in rats with spinal cord injury,45 adult rats were randomly divided into 5 groups and all rats were tested for behavior.After the normal behavior,the model surgery was performed.The mulberry anthocyanin drinks were administered to observe the rats’ BBB score,rat sloping plate test,and serum SOD and MDA activity indexes.The experimental results showed that the rats in four experimental groups all contributed to the recoveries of motor function of spinal cord injury.Among them,the BBB score was the highest in group A and the angle of stay was the largest in the swash plate angle test.The indexes of serum SOD and MDA activities also showed the most effective in group A.The recovery of motor function from the 7 th day to the 14 th day after surgery was faster.The extraction rate of the mulberry anthocyanins was the highest when using the mulberry intensified leaching precision filtration followed by elution with 50% ethanol.The prepared beverage had the best recovery effect on motor function in rats with spinal cord injury.
