欧洲蚊媒疾病流行态势与媒介蚊虫控制

Epidemic Situation of Mosquito-borne Diseases and Vector Mosquito Control in Europe

蚊虫是多种疾病的传播媒介,能够传播很多严重危害动物和人类健康的疾病,是重要的医学昆虫。长久以来,依靠蚊子传播的蚊媒疾病广泛流行于热带地区。但近年来,在全球化和全球变暖的大背景下,很多原先已经在欧洲绝迹的蚊媒疾病又开始卷土重来,造成很大的危害。我国的卫生和健康标准远低于欧洲,且我国幅员辽阔,气候多样,更适于蚊子的繁殖和蚊媒疾病的传播。论文通过对近年来欧洲流行的蚊媒疾病进行回顾,为我国蚊媒疾病流行和媒介蚊虫控制方面提供参考。

Mosquitos are the vectors of various diseases,and they can transmit many diseases that could harm animal and human health,they are important medical insects.Mosquito borne diseases are widely epidemic in tropical areas for centuries.But in recent years,with the background of globalization and global warming,many extinct mosquito-borne diseases existed in Europe again,and cause great loss.The hygiene and health standard in China is far lower than that in Europe,and China is a big country with various terrains and climates,which is more suitable for mosquito reproduction and mosquito-borne disease transmission.This article reviewed the epidemics of mosquito-borne diseases in Europe in recent years to offer important reference data for mosquito-borne disease epidemiology and vector mosquito control in China.
