摘要
某文体中心体育场钢结构由大跨度、大悬挑屋盖及外部编织藤条造型组成。针对体育场中存在用钢量较大的问题,通过对主受力结构的布置进行调整,利用编织藤条骨架参与受力,使结构的受力性能及与混凝土结构的连接构造得到了有效改善,有效的减少了体育场的用钢量,取得了显著的社会经济效益。该类复杂工程的优化设计方法和经验,可供类似工程参考。
A city central stadium steel structure is composed of large span,large cantilever roof and exterior woven rattan shaped beams.This project mainly concentrates on improving the disadvantage of large steel consumption of the structure. The steel structure design optimization primarily adopt two methods. At first,the arrangement of main structural components has been adjusted. Besides,the exterior woven rattan shaped beams have been rearranged to act as structural members. To take advantage of these two optimizations,the steel structure performance and connection with concrete structure have been greatly improved. In addition,the optimization methods successfully lead to a considerable reduction of steel consumption and significant benefit to the society and economy. It also summarizes the optimization design experience of such complex steel structure for reference to similar projects.
