摘要
综合国内球团矿的试验研究和生产实践,简要介绍了镁质球团矿的研究背景及MgO改善球团矿高温性能的基理,重点阐述了镁质添加剂及生产工艺的选择,论述了不同MgO/SiO_2比值对球团矿高温性能的影响,并列举、分析了镁质球团矿在高炉实践中的应用情况。
According to the domestic experimental researches and production practices of MgO-containing pellets, the research background in terms of MgO-containing pellets and the basic mechanism for improving the high temperature behavior of the pellets by adding MgO were introduced briefly. Particularly the magnesian additive agents and selections of productive technologies were explained. And then the effect of different ratios of MgO to SiO2 on the high temperature behavior of pellets was discussed. Finally the applications of MgO-containing pellets for ironmaking in BF were analyzed by the enumeration method.
