峰景北瘦煤用于鞍钢高炉喷吹研究与应用

摘要 对鞍钢新购峰景北瘦煤进行了基础成分及性能分析,在考虑煤种间相互作用关系的基础上,采用具有自主知识产权的数学优化配煤技术,对配入峰景北瘦煤的混合煤粉在不同条件下的燃烧率、置换比展开综合评价,从中甄选出最优配煤方案,并在此基础上进行了鲅鱼圈分公司喷吹峰景北瘦煤的工业试验,试验期间1号、2号高炉运行状态平稳,2座高炉分别取得了提高喷吹煤量4.49 kg/t、4.14 kg/t,降低燃料消耗3.03 kg/t、2.32 kg/t的良好效果,达到了降低炼铁生产成本的目的。 The elementary compositions and properties of the newly imported Fengjing North lean coal by Ansteel were analyzed. In consideration of the interactional relationship among different types of coal, the burning rate and replacement ratio of the pulverized coal with blending the Fengjing North lean coal under different conditions were comprehensively evaluated by using the mathematical optimized coal-blending technology with the proprietary intellectual property right so that the optimal coal-blending scheme was proposed. And then according to the scheme,the industrial test of the Fengjing North lean coal for PCI was carried out in Bayuquan Branch of Angang Steel Co., Ltd. During the test, the No.1 BF and No.2 BF were in smooth operation, the quantities of pulverized coal used by these two BFs increased by 4.49 kg/t and 4.14 kg/t respectively while their fuel consumption decreased by 3.03 kg/t and 2.32 kg/t respectively and therefore the purpose of cutting down the ironmaking cost was achieved.
