影响干熄焦旋转密封阀运转因素分析

Analysis on Factors of Influencing Operation of Rotary Seal Valves for Coke Dry Quenching Equipment

针对干熄焦旋转密封阀故障频繁及事故处理时间长等问题,对影响旋转密封阀正常运转因素进行了分析,提出了可预防处理、可预判处理和不可预判处理三种措施;通过对旋转密封阀润滑系统改进,润滑系统实现了全自动运行,干熄焦旋转密封阀卡堵现象降低了2/3,干熄焦旋转密封阀卡堵处理时间由原来6~8 h降低至现在0.5 h左右,有效保障了干熄焦稳定运行。

With regard to the problems of frequent failures of the rotary seal valves for the Coke Dry Quenching（CDQ） equipment and too long time for troubleshooting, the factors of influencing the normal operation of the rotary seal valves were analyzed. Based on the analytical results these three kinds of measures such as preventable troubleshooting method, predictable troubleshooting method and unpredictable troubleshooting method were proposed. Meanwhile the automatic operation of the lubrication system was achieved by improving the lubrication system for the rotary seal valves. So the sticking or blocking troubles of the rotary seal valves decreased by two-third and the troubleshooting time for sticking or blocking troubles of the rotary seal valves was shorted to 30 minutes from the period between 6 and 8 hours, and thus the smooth operation of the CDQ equipment was guaranteed.
