高炉加压水冷齿轮箱新技术及应用

New Technology Applied onto Pressurized Water-cooled Gear Box for Blast Furnace and Application of the Technology

摘要 介绍了高炉加压水冷齿轮箱的结构和原理以及在鞍钢高炉的应用,并对加压水冷齿轮箱和传统水冷齿轮箱进行了比较分析。结果表明,加压水冷齿轮箱能够有效节约氮气消耗,延长高炉定修周期间隔,减少维修工作量,有很好的推广价值。 The structure and working principle of the pressurized water-cooled gear box for the blast furnace and its applications in Ansteel were introduced. The comparative analysis between the pressurized water-cooled gear box and the traditional water-cooled gear box were made. The analytical results showed that the consumption of nitrogen by using pressurized watercooled gear box could be effectively saved, meanwhile the period interval of the regular overhaul for the blast furnace was prolonged and the maintenance load was also reduced. So it was concluded that the new gear box was worth popularizing.
