铝合金表面耐蚀亲水膜的制备及性能 被引量:3

摘要 制备了一种应用于铝合金表面的树脂溶液,采用浸渍法将其涂覆于铝合金表面形成了亲水膜。研究了聚乙烯醇和聚丙烯酸钠的不同配比对亲水膜的影响,并对亲水膜的性能进行了表征。结果表明,当水性树脂K500-35质量分数为14.26%、聚乙烯醇为7.13%、聚丙烯酸钠为7.13%、乙二醛为0.12%、十二烷基苯磺酸钠为0.05%、OEP-70为0.02%时,配制的树脂溶液涂覆于铝板表面形成的亲水膜具有致密的结构,膜与铝板表面之间的附着力为0级,铝表面具有优良的耐腐蚀性能和很强的亲水能力。 A hydrophilic film on the surface of aluminum alloy was formed using an as-prepared resin solution by impregnation method.The effect of different mass ratio of polyvinyl alcohol and polypropylene acid sodium on the hydrophilic film was studied,and the performance of hydrophilic film was analyzed.It is found that the as-coated resin solution formed a dense structure on the surface of the aluminum alloy plate when the mass fraction of waterborne resin K500-35,polyvinyl alcohol,sodium polyacrylate,glyoxal,sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and OEP-70 were 14.26%,7.13%,7.13%,0.12%,0.05% and 0.02%,respectively.Under the condition,the adhesion stage between the film and the surface of aluminum plate is zero,and the aluminum plate surface exhibits excellent corrosion resistance and strong hydrophilic ability.
