摘要
采用嵌段聚合物F127为表面活性剂,以乙酸锌和结晶四氯化锡为无机先驱物,采用水热法合成介孔锡酸锌纳米粒子。用XRD、TEM、SEM和BET对所制备样品的结构、形貌及比表面积进行表征,探讨了不同F127加入量所制备的样品对光催化性能的影响。结果表明,制备的样品具有单一的尖晶石型结构;随着F127加入量的增加,所制样品的比表面积递减增加,模拟太阳光光催化降解罗丹明B的效率逐渐增加;当F127加入量为1.5g时,所制备的样品比表面积最大,为148.669 m^2/g,孔径为3.05nm,光催化降解罗丹明B 80min的效率达到最大95%。
Mesoporous Zn2 SnO4 nanoparticles were prepared by hydrothermal method using block polymer F127 as surfactant,zinc acetate and stannic chloride crystallization as the inorganic precursor.The structure,morphology and specific surface area of the prepared samples were characterized by XRD,TEM,SEM and BET.The effect of F127 amount on the photocatalysis performance of the as-obtained samples was discussed.The results indicated that the prepared samples possessed spinel structure.Moreover,the specific surface areas and the degradation efficiency of Rhodamine B were enhanced with the increase of F127 content.When the amount of F127 was 1.5 g,the specific surface could achieve the maximum of 148.669 m^2/g with pore diameter of 3.05 nm.The degradation efficiency of Rhodamine B could reach to the maximum of 95% at 80 min.
