介绍了电声技术的创新与发展过程,重点阐述了我国电声行业的发展过程和取得的成就。说明了我国电声人才培养的现状,对人才培养的方式提出了建议。回顾了《电声技术》期刊的创刊历程和所获得的荣誉,分析了期刊在发展过程中遇到的机遇和挑战,提出了一些意见与建议。

This paper introduces the innovation and development process of electroacoustic technology,and emphatically expounds the development process and achievements of electroacoustic industry in our country. The present situation of China＇s electroacoustic talent cultivation is explained,and suggestions are put forward. This paper also reviews the publication process and the honor of the Journal Audio Engineering,analyzes the opportunities and challenges encountered in the development of the journal,and puts forward some opinions and suggestions.
