摘要
为研究制动盘初始厚薄差对制动器热机耦合特性的影响,建立了具有初始厚薄差的通风盘式制动器瞬态热机耦合模型,对比分析了初始厚薄差最大值及其方向对盘面温度、法向应力、热弹性变形的分布特性及特征值的影响。研究结果表明,初始厚薄差使盘面温度、法向应力和厚度变化在圆周内均呈现出显著的2阶正弦特征,周向梯度增大,径向分布趋于均匀。
In order to study the influence of initial Disc Thickness Variation (DTV) on the brake thermo-mechanical coupling characteristics, a FE model of ventilated disc brake for transient thermomechanical coupling simulation with initial DTV was established. The influence of the maximum value of initial DTV and its direction on the distribution characteristic and eigen value of disc surface temperature, normal stress and thermoelastic deformation were compared and analyzed. The results show that disc surface temperature, normal stress and thickness variation with initial DTV have 2 order sine function characteristic in circumferential direction, and their circumferential gradients increase, as well as their radial distributions tend to be uniform.
