摘要 为解决污水处理用排污泵叶轮易堵塞、效率低等问题,设计了一种新型切割型双叶片潜污泵。分析叶轮特点,提出叶轮水力设计方法,并对泵进行了全流道数值模拟,得出了叶轮内压力、湍动能、流线分布等情况,从而分析出该泵内部流动的特点和通过能力提高的原因。基于性能预测方法对规定工况点的性能进行预测,验证设计方法的可行性。 In order to solve the problem of easy plugging and poor efficiency of the sewage pump, this paper designs a new type of cutting type double blades submersible sewage pump. This paper analyzes the characteristics of the pump impeller, puts forward the hydraulic design method of impeller, and the full flow numerical simulation of the design of the cutting type double blades submersible sewage pump is carried out, pressure, turbulent kinetic energy and streamline distribution in the impeller are obtained, and the characteristics of the internal flow of the pump and the reasons for the improvement of the passing capacity are analyzed. Based on the performance prediction method, the performance of the specified operating point is forecasted, the feasibility of the design method is validated.
