摘要
提出一种基于DDS+PLL混合频率合成器,根据指标要求,选用DDS、PLL芯片,进行系统设计,并进行参数设定和程序设计,经测试,输出频率700~1 200 MHz,功率+6 d Bm,环路的锁定时间4 us,相噪优于-94 d Bc/Hz@1k Hz,产品跳频精度高、操作简单、体积小,改善了产品的通信质量和综合指标。
A hybrid frequency synthesizer based on DDS and PLL, According to the target requirements, selection of DDS and PLL chips , Carry on the system design, and carry on the parameter setting and the program design. After testing, Output frequency 700-1200 MHz, power +6 dBm, loop locking time 4us, Phase noise is better than -94 dBc/Hz@1kHz, The product has high frequency hopping precision, simple operation and small volume. The communication quality and comprehensive index of the product are improved.
