摘要
跨坐式单轨车辆的抗倾覆能力主要由稳定轮来提供,因此稳定轮与轨道梁侧面的接触状态影响车辆的抗倾覆能力;导向轮和稳定轮设置一定的预压力可以保证跨坐式单轨车辆运行的稳定性和安全性。本文将导向轮或稳定轮的横移量和导向轮或稳定轮预压缩量的比值定义为导向轮或稳定轮的"相对接触比",来描述跨坐式单轨车辆水平轮与轨道梁的接触状态。利用动静法,推导出水平轮的"相对接触比"与车辆所受离心力以及水平轮预压力之间的函数关系。可得,"相对接触比"与车辆所受的离心力或者离心加速度成正比,与水平轮的预压力成反比。根据所提出"相对接触比"对轨道超高率和曲线通过速度进行安全限制。
The anti-overturning ability of the straddle-type monorail vehicle is mainly provided by the stable wheel, so the contact state of the stable wheel and the side of the rail beam affects the anti-overturning ability of the vehicle. Certain pre-pressure is set on the guide wheel and stable wheel, which can guarantee the stability and safety of the running of the straddle monorail vehicle. In this paper, the ratio of horizontal shift of stable wheel or stable wheel to pre-compression quantity of guide wheel or stable wheel was defined as‘relative contact ratio’, to describes the contact state of the parallel wheel and the track beam. By using Dalembert's principle, the function relation between the relative contact ratio of the horizontal wheel and the centrifugal force and the horizontal wheel pre- pressure is derived. In the formula, the relative contact ratio’ is directly proportional to the centrifugal force or centrifugal acceleration of the vehicle, which is inversely proportional to the pre-pressure of the horizontal wheel. According to the proposed‘relative contact ratio’, the safety limit of the ultra-high orbital rate and the curve passing speed is obtained.
