摘要
为了提高5TY型玉米脱粒机主轴的系统粒芯分离机构的工作性能,采用NX Nastran软件对主轴钉齿进行受力分析,利用NX THERMAL/FLOW仿真模块对抛芯机构进行了流体仿真分析。结果表明,在主轴转速为650r/min时,采用45号钢焊接,钉齿边界与焊缝为45°,满足应力要求;抛芯机构入口流风速为30 m/s,才能将玉米芯抛出15 m。通过脱粒试验验证,主轴钉齿满足工作要求,抛芯风机抛芯距离在15 m以上,结构合理,为脱粒机的设计使用提供了参考。
In order to improve the system performance of 5TY spindle type corn thresher particle core separation mechanism, The main nail tooth stress analysis is carried out using the NX Nastran software, and also the fluid simulation analysis of the core throwing mechanism is carried out by the NX THERMAL/FLOW simulation module. The result shows that,When the spindle speed of 650 r/min, using 45 # steel welding, nail tooth boundary and 45° seam, satisfies the requirement of stress. The inlet flow velocity of the core casting mechanism is 30m/s, so that the corn core can be thrown out of 15 m.Through the test of threshing test, the main spindle nail tooth meets the work requirement, the core distance of the core fan is 15 m and the structure is reasonable, It will provide a reference for the design and use of corn thresher.
