摘要
针对洋葱分选劳动强度大,分选效率低,大型设备成本高,设备移动不方便等问题,设计一种网式洋葱分选设备,该设备集输送、去除死皮、分选等功能于一体,结构紧凑,移动方便。对整机结构进行了分析,确定了总体结构方案,对主要部件进行了设计计算,采用UG软件进行了整机的运动学仿真,应用有限元分析模块对滚筒轴和辊刷轴进行了力学分析。结果表明,整机运动合理无干涉,主要零部件采用45号刚焊接结构,工作过程中满足强度和刚度要求。
The problems such as large labor intensity, low separation efficiency, high cost of large equipment and inconvenient movement of equipment are the problems in onion separation.A network type onion sorting equipment is designed, which integrates the functions of conveying, removing dead skin and sorting, and is compact in structure and convenient to move . The whole structure was analyzed to determine the overall structure of the program , and also the main parts were designed and calculated. The kinematics simulation of the whole machine is carried out by using UG software. The mechanical analysis of the roller shaft and the roller brush shaft is carried out by the finite element analysis module. The result shows that the movement of the whole machine is reasonable and free of interference. The main parts are a 45-rigid welding structure, and the intensity and stiffness are required in the process.
