摘要
《吕氏春秋》的治国思想突出强调道德在其中的不可缺失性。《吕氏春秋》反思了秦国在长期的发展中逐渐形成的"重法制、轻道德、漠视民众生命"之治国传统,深刻地认识到道德在治国诸因素中的基础性和优先性地位。《吕氏春秋》以"法天地"转化和代替了"以德配天"的德治根据,其"顺民得民"的思想是对孟子民本思想的直接继承,成为德治思想得以传承的主要基调。《吕氏春秋》"以道德为标的"治国理念的形成对当代国家治理现代化的实现具有重要的启示。
The concepts in Lv Shi Chun Qiu highlight the indispensability of morality. By reflecting on the governance tradition of ＂stressing laws whereas neglecting morality as well as people’s lives＂developed by the Kingdom of Qin in its long history,the book recognizes deeply the fundamental role and priority in all the governance factors.Lv Shi Chun Qiu transformed and substituted ＂matching the heaven with morality＂with ＂following the heaven and the earth＂,with its notion of ＂obeying the people to be supported by them＂as a direct heritage from Mencius’ People as the Foundation concepts,forming the key canon of morality-oriented governance concepts handed down. Its morality-oriented governance concepts have important inspiration to the governance modernization of contemporary countries.
