摘要
"鞍钢宪法"之合理内核即"两参一改三结合","鞍钢宪法"之合理内核有着重大而深远的意义。从马克思主义视域审视了"鞍钢宪法"合理内核之价值:开创了中国特色社会主义企业管理制度;实现了民主思想的飞跃;彰显了人的主体性;丰富与发展了正确处理人民内部矛盾的思想;实现了从合力论到和谐力论的飞跃;对马克思主义分工理论的丰富和发展。
The reasonable core of Charter of Anshan Iron and Steel Company,namely,two involvements,one reform,and three combinations,is of a significant and far-reaching significance. This paper,from the perspective of Marxism,examines the value of the reasonable core of Charter of the Anshan Iron and Steel Company： opening up socialism enterprise management system with Chinese characteristics; realizing the leap of democracy; manifesting the subjectivity of man; enriching and developing the thought of dealing with contradictions among the people correctly; realizing the leap from the theory of resultant force into the theory of harmonious force; enriching and developing Marxism theory of labor division.
