On Construction of Internal and External Mechanisms of Universities' Enhancing Morality and Fostering Talents

立德树人是一项复杂的系统工程,是系统内外机制同向同行释能的建构过程。将空间转向概念和共同体概念引入高校立德树人体系,可为构建家校政社企外部协同机制和立体交互的内部整合机制提供解释框架。立德树人内外机制的共生共为对人的自由全面发展和立德树人根本任务的实现开启了新视界和新思路。

Enhancing morality and fostering talents is a complicated systematic project,which is the construction process relying on the internal and external mechanisms cooperation in the same direction. The introduction of the concepts of spatial turn and community into the system of enhancing morality and fostering talents can provide an explanatory framework to construct external collaborative mechanisms among families,universities,the government,the society,and enterprises as well as three-dimensional and interactive internal integrative mechanisms. The co-existence of internal and external mechanisms on enhancing morality and fostering talents provides a new horizon and path to realize students’ holistic free development and achieve the basic task of enhancing morality and fostering talents.
