Often occurring in adolescents ’ career psychology,chaos phenomena have the characteristics of active adaptability,uncertainty,openness,sensitivity to the initial value and fractal.Adolescent career counseling should keep up with the trend of the times by making adjustments such as improving career adaptability,accepting the uncertainty of career,improving psychological capital,being good at taking advantage of opportunity factors and viewing the career world comprehensively.
