薄煤层滚筒式采煤机设备的应用研究

针对复杂地质条件下的煤矿来说,其顶板较坚硬,煤层结构松散,且开采煤层为薄煤层,由此对该种条件下所用的滚筒式采煤机配套设备进行了分析,得出了当煤层厚度较薄时滚筒式采煤机配套设备的总体要求。在这个基础上,总结出了0.8~1.4m以及1.1~1.9m的煤层厚度条件下滚筒式采煤机配套设备的可行性方案设计,这对于煤矿在开采厚度较薄的煤层时,实现机械化开采,增强矿井的产煤量,具有重要的意义。

On the basis of this, the feasibility design of the equipment for the rolling type coal miner under the conditions of 0.8 ~ 1.4 M and 1.1 ~ 1.9 M coal seam thickness is summarized.
