摘要
针对复杂地质条件下的煤矿来说,其顶板较坚硬,煤层结构松散,且开采煤层为薄煤层,由此对该种条件下所用的滚筒式采煤机配套设备进行了分析,得出了当煤层厚度较薄时滚筒式采煤机配套设备的总体要求。在这个基础上,总结出了0.8~1.4m以及1.1~1.9m的煤层厚度条件下滚筒式采煤机配套设备的可行性方案设计,这对于煤矿在开采厚度较薄的煤层时,实现机械化开采,增强矿井的产煤量,具有重要的意义。
for the coal mine under complex Geological conditions, the top plate is hard, the coal seam structure is loose, and the coal seam is mined into thin coal seam. Therefore, the supporting equipment of the roller type coal miner used under this condition is analyzed, and the general requirements of the supporting equipment of the roller type coal miner when the coal seam thickness is thin are obtained. On the basis of this, the feasibility design of the equipment for the rolling type coal miner under the conditions of 0.8 ~ 1.4 M and 1.1 ~ 1.9 M coal seam thickness is summarized.
