摘要
为彻底根治忻州窑煤矿东三盘区火灾隐患,在8516下工作面回采期间发生CO浓度超限后,根据现场情况分析了CO浓度超限的具体原因。针对回采期间对CO超限进行治理后,依然有CO涌入工作面的情况,提出对工作面进行封闭的措施,并对设备回撤期间及封闭后的防灭火措施进行了详细分析,通过采取注氮、黄泥灌浆、地面裂缝充填等一系列防火技术措施,CO气体浓度为1mmp,防灭火效果显著。
In order to completely eradicate the fire hidden danger in the East three plate area of Xinzhou kiln, the specific reason of the CO concentration exceeding limit was analyzed according to the field situation after the co concentration exceeding limit occurred during the 8516 working face mining. For the treatment of CO overrun during mining, there is still the situation of co pouring into the working face, put forward the measures to seal the working face, and analyze the fire prevention measures after the equipment is withdrawn and closed, through a series of fire prevention measures, such as nitrogen injection, yellow mud grouting, ground fissure filling, etc. The concentration of CO gas is 1 MMP and the effect of fire extinguishing is remarkable.
