摘要
中厚煤层采煤机是由某煤机公司研制的,要对其截割部的可靠性进行分析,通过使用ANSYS和ADAMS软件,设计出该截割部刚柔耦合虚拟样机协同仿真平台,实现此系统的载荷施加、约束添加以及求解器有效设置后,实施仿真实验。分析结果显示:将截割部关键零部件置于模拟工况当中,会出现各类问题,例如摇臂壳体外形出现严重变化、两级行星部分动态同轴度出现较大误差、惰轮轴轴承使用年限短等。基于仿真结果的分析,的充分化完善措施及改进办法,为升级产品、实现采煤机截割部系统级性能的提升提供具体的量化依据。
Medium thick coal seam shearer is developed by a coal machine company, in order to analyze the reliability of the cutting part,through the use of Ansys and Adams software, this paper designs the cooperative simulation platform of the cutting part rigid-flexible coupling virtual prototype, realizes the load imposition, the constraint addition and the effective setting of the solver, and implements the simulation experiment. The analysis results show that the key parts of the cutting part are placed in the simulated working condition, such as the serious change of the rocker shell shape, the large error of the dynamic coaxial degree of the two planetary part, and the short service life of the idler axle bearing. Based on the simulation results of the analysis, the full improvement measures and methods to upgrade the product, to achieve the shearer cutting part of the system-level performance to provide specific quantitative basis.
