长平矿巷道失稳机理及护巷小煤柱尺寸分析

摘要 本文基于长平矿多巷布置工作面留巷变形严重、煤柱宽度留设大的难题,通过现场调研、理论分析以及数值模拟分析,得出:长平矿3号煤及其直接顶底板强度较低是导致巷道开掘即导致围岩结构遭破坏的主要原因,而巷帮收缩严重主要由于在已破坏围岩结构基础上进行的支护,其效果不能充分发挥;处于无支护状态的底板在采动影响下持续破坏同时发生剪涨导致底鼓严重。为提高煤炭资源回收率减小护巷煤柱宽度,则合理的小煤柱宽度为6m。 Summary Based on the serious deformation of gob-side entry retaining roadway in Changping Coal Mine.Through on-site investigation, theoretical analysis and numerical simulation analysis, it is concluded that: The low strength of No.3 coal and its direct roof and floor in Changping Coal Mine is the main reason leading to the destruction of surrounding rock structure caused by tunneling. However, the shrinkage of the roadway is mainly due to the effect of the support on the basis of the destroyed surrounding rock structure, which can not give full play to its effect; In the unsupported state of the floor under continuous mining under the influence of mining damage at the same time shearing led to a serious drum. In order to increase the recovery rate of coal resources and reduce the width of roadway retaining pillar, the reasonable width of small coal pillar is 6 m.
