摘要 通过对矿井运输条件的全面分析,论述了单轨吊机车、钢丝绳牵引绞车、无极绳牵引车三种运输方式的优缺点,确定无极绳牵引绞车为该矿井辅助运输的方式。基于挠性体摩擦理论,利用"逐点计算法"进行了计算,并对所选型的绞车使用功率、钢丝绳强度进行验算,从而选出合适配套的无极绳绞车。 Based on the analysis of the transportation conditions of coal mine, the paper discusses the advantages and disadvantages of three modes of transportation: monorail crane-girder, wire rope towing winch and endless rope towing winch which is determined as auxiliary transportation. Based on flexible friction theory, point-by-point calculating method has been used to calculate selected type winch power and wire rope strength, so as to select the appropriate endless rope winch.
