Technical Improvement of Slag Discharge System of Shell Coal Gasification Device

分析了排渣系统存在的链条易卡断、驱动电机跳车、主链轮易夹链、皮带问题,采取加设刮板并增加刮板宽度、增设临时排渣系统、增设皮带清扫装置改进措施,排渣系统的运行效果得以显著改善,维护成本明显减少。

Problems of slag discharge system such as chain easy to break, drive motor jumping, main chain wheel easy to chain and belt have been analyzed in the paper. Improvement measures of adding scraper and increasing scraper width, adding a temporary slag removal system and adding belt cleaning device have been taken, which significantly improved the operating effect of the slag discharge system and reduced maintenance cost.
