柴油机惰轮支架的强度分析与优化

摘要 应用HyperMesh软件对柴油机惰轮支架进行前处理,并通过ABAQUS和FEMFAT软件计算出其模态、强度和安全疲劳因数。根据有限元仿真分析结果,确认柴油机惰轮支架的强度不满足设计要求,进而对其结构进行优化。结构优化后的柴油机惰轮支架强度满足设计要求。 The idler bracket of the diesel engine was pre-treated with Hyper Mesh software and its modal, strength and safety fatigue factors were calculated by ABAQUS and FEMFAT software. According to the results of finite element simulation analysis, it is confirmed that the strength of the idler bracket of the diesel engine can not meet the design requirements, so that its structure needs to be optimized. After structural optimization, the strength of the idler bracket of the diesel engine can satisfy the design requirements.
