摘要
介绍了经验模态分解原理、直流电动机启动特性理论与试验采集系统,对经验模态分解在直流电动机性能测试中的应用进行了研究。应用经验模态分解将直流电动机的电枢电流信号分解为不同频率尺度的固有模态函数分量,结合快速傅里叶变换的频谱特性,合理选择固有模态函数分量组合并进行降噪、滤波处理,进而得到电枢电流的高频分量和基波分量。
The theory of EMD, the theory of DC motor starting characteristic and the test acquisition system were introduced. The application of EMD in DC motor performance testing was also studied. The EMD was used to decompose the armature current signal of the DC motor into the IMF components of different frequency scales. By combining the spectral characteristics of the FFT, the reasonable combination of IMF components were selected and treated by noise reduction and filtration in order to get the high frequency components and fundamental components from the armature current.
