摘要
为研究矿物掺和料单掺、复掺以及改变养护温度对水泥砂浆抗氯离子渗透性的影响,利用电通量法展开了一系列试验。试验结果表明:在提高养护温度的情况下,掺入不同矿物掺和料的水泥砂浆其电通量均有大幅度降低,提高了抗氯离子渗透性能,其中3种矿物掺和料单掺对水泥砂浆抗氯离子渗透性的改善效果从大到小依次为硅粉,矿渣,粉煤灰;两种不同掺和料复掺改善效果从大到小依次为硅粉+粉煤灰,硅粉+矿粉,粉煤灰+矿粉;在提高养护温度的条件下,矿物掺和料复掺的水泥砂浆的抗氯离子渗透性能力明显优于矿物掺和料单掺的水泥砂浆。
To investigate the effects of mineral admixture and curing temperature on resistance to chloride ion permeability of cement mortar,a series of experiments were conducted by using electric flux method. The results show that: with the increasing of curing temperature,the electrical flux of cement mortar mixed with different mineral admixtures significantly reduces,and the resistance to chloride ion permeability is improved. The improvement effects of three single mineral admixtures are as follows: silica powder,slag and fly ash. The improvement effects of mixing two admixtures are as follows: silica fly + ash,silica powder +ore powder and fly ash + ore powder. It is shown that the permeability of cement mortar mixed with two mineral admixtures is better than that of cement mortar mixed with one mineral admixture at higher curing temperature.
