摘要
印度独具特色的莎作翻译、改编和研究极大地丰富了世界莎学的内容。本文从勾勒莎士比亚在印度的传播概貌入手,在比较中印莎学研究的基础上,尝试提出一些中国莎学国际化和本土化的建议,以期促进21世纪中国莎学的创新发展。
The propagation and reception of Shakespeare's work in India is featured with both the traditions of international Shakespeare study and the local characteristics of India. This paper provided a sketch of the propagation of Shakespeare's work in India. Based on a comparative study of the Shakespeare studies in both China and India, some suggestions for the globalization and localization of Shakespeare study in China in the 21st century was made in this paper.
