摘要
采用Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-Cl8(5μm,150×4.6 mm i.d)色谱柱,以甲醇:水(醋酸0.5%)溶液(38:62,V/V)为流动相,检测波长260 nm,在同一色谱条件下测定175 g/L双氟·唑嘧胺悬浮剂中的唑嘧磺草胺和双氟磺草胺。唑嘧磺草胺变异系数为0.34%,平均回收率为100.3%;双氟磺草胺变异系数为0.42%,平均回收率为99.5%。
The florasulam and flumetsulam in florasulam+flumetsulam 175 g/L SC were determined simultaneous by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) with methyl alcohol:water(ethylic acid0.5%)=38:62(V/V)as mobile phase, and Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-Cl8 column and UV detector at260 nm wavelength were also adopted. The coefficient of variation for flumetsulam and florasulam were0.34% and 0.42%, the average recovery for flumetsulam and florasulam were 100.3% and 99.5%, respectively.
