摘要 绿色建筑快速发展,但绿色建筑标识项目中运行标识的项目数量仅占总项目数的6%。以天津市建筑设计院科研业务用房工程为例,说明怎样使绿色建筑从设计阶段转变到实施阶段的真正绿色运行。本工程设计了相应的智能化系统,满足国标三星运行标识的要求,大大提升建筑节能水平,该项目能耗指标为72 k Wh/(m^2·a),节能率大于50%。 Now green buildings are developing rapidly, but the number of the operation logos accounts for only 6 % of the total number of green building logos. The project of Scientific Research Building of Tianjin Architectural Design Institute shows the real green operation of the green building from the design stage to the implementation stage. In this project, a corresponding intelligent system is designed to meet the requirements of the three-star operation logo with the national standard and improve the level of building energy saving greatly. The energyconsumption index of the project is 72 k Wh/(m^2·a),and the energy saving rate is more than 50 %.
