摘要
汽车线束设计的好坏直接决定了汽车的稳定性和安全性。基于对日常工作的总结,介绍了汽车线束设计的整体思路和设计流程;在设计原则方面,着重对汽车线束搭铁方案进行了阐述,对主要电器件规格的选取以及线束外包保护措施的选择进行了分析;对汽车线束的未来发展趋势进行了展望。该文可对今后汽车线束开发工作提供帮助。
The design of automotive wiring harness directly affects the stability and safety of vehicle. This paper introduces overall thoughts and design flow of automobile wire harness based on summary of daily work. In terms of design principles, the plan of vehicle wiring harness grounding is emphasized. The selection of main devices and wire harness protection devices are analyzed. Finally, the development trend of the automobile wire harness is prospected. The paper can be helpful to the development of wire harness in the future.
