摘要 黄曲霉毒素(aflatoxin,AF)是黄曲霉和寄生曲霉等真菌的次级代谢产物,广泛存在于食品和饲料中。黄曲霉毒素具有极强的毒性,严重威胁人类的健康,急需一种高效、安全的脱除方法。综述黄曲霉毒素脱除方法的研究进展,分析各类处理方法的优缺点,以期为选择、优化黄曲霉毒素的脱除方法提供理论依据。 Aflatoxin( AF),the secondary metabolite produced by aspergillus flavus and aspergillus parasiticus,is widely found in food and feed. With strong toxicity,aflatoxin has a serious threat to human health. Therefore,a highly efficient and secure removal technique is urgently needed. This paper summarized the research progress of removal technology of aflatoxin,analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of various treatment methods to provide theoretical basis for selecting and optimizing the removal methods.
