秋水仙素对龙牙楤木根段扦插成活率的影响

The Influence of Colchicine on the Survival Rate of Root Cuttages of Aralia elata

龙牙楤木根段扦插试验发现扦插基质、根段粗度对龙牙楤木根段扦插成活率有一定影响。结果表明珍珠岩:草炭(1:2)为基质的成活率最高达74%,直径为1.5 cm的根段成活率最高达78%。秋水仙素浓度及浸泡时间对龙牙楤木根段成活率产生较大影响,试验结果表明200 mg/kg的秋水仙素浸泡6 h成活率最高达36.67%。

During the test of root cuttage of Aralia elata, the author found that cutting medium and the roughness of cutting root had influence on the survival rate. The results showed that The mixture of Perlite and turf（1：2） is the best cutting substrate, with a survival rate of 81.3%,and the survival rate of the cutting root with a diameter of 1.5 cm was up to 78%. The concentration of Colchicine and the soaking time had a great effect on the survival rate, and the test results showed that the survival rate was up to 36.37% with 200 ppm Colchicine and soaking for 6 hours.
