随着社会快速发展,人民生活水平的不断提高,饲养宠物的数量也随之增多,宠物相关产业发展也是越来越快,对宠物行业的专业人才需求更是越来越多。特别是近几年宠物行业呈现连锁式经营之后,宠物行业人才更加短缺。此时需要高职院校培养出更多高素质技术技能人才以满足行业需求。就学校宠物专业学生在顶岗实习期间出现的问题进行分析,并探讨相应解决方案,为宠物专业更好发展奠定基础。

With the improvement of people＇s living standard, more and more people prefer to keep a pet, which stimulate the rapid development of pet-related industry and the demanding for professional personnel. It is the task of higher vocational colleges to cultivate more high-quality professional talents to meet the needs of this industry. This paper analyzes the problems in students＇ internship and puts forward the corresponding solutions.
