乌兹别克斯坦投资环境调研报告:江苏省践行“一带一路”倡议的思考

Research Report on the Investment Environment of Uzbekistan:On Jiangsu's Participation in the Belt and Road Initiative

乌兹别克斯坦是建设"一带一路"倡议的重要国家,近年来发展势头良好,具备吸引外资的有利条件。江苏省的企业赴乌兹别克斯坦投资恰逢其时,当前可将建材、纺织、农业及机械设备等作为重点投资合作领域,同时要客观分析风险和不利因素。江苏省应该主动作为,积极践行"一带一路"倡议:一要选准重点国别开展合作;二要借助境外经贸合作园区,引导企业搭车上路、抱团出海;三要多措并举,降低企业海外投资风险。

As a key country along the Belt and Road,Uzbekistan has been developing well in recent years and is attractive to foreign investors. It＇s the right time for enterprises of Jiangsu province to do investment in Uzbekistan.Sectors including building materials,textile,agriculture and mechanical equipment can be selected as targeted sectors for investment cooperation. Meanwhile we should recognize the potential risks of investment in this country.In order to actively carry out the Belt and Road Initiative,Jiangsu province should take such measures as selecting right key countries to cooperate with,promoting enterprises to make investment in overseas economic and trade cooperation park and trying to reducing risks of overseas investment for enterprises.
