On the Difficulties Existed in the Supply-Side Structural Reform of Agriculture and Its Countermeasures in Taizhou City

农业供给侧结构性改革是农村工作的主线,也是农业转型发展的必然选择。当前泰州市农业供给侧结构性改革存在一些突出问题:农户经营规模较小、农产品结构失衡和农业产业链条较短等。深化改革,必须狠抓农业基础设施建设,强化科技创新,推动产业融合,延长产业链条,强化科技创新驱动。

The supply-side structural reform of agriculture is the key point of work in agriculture and rural areas,and it is an inevitable choice for the transformation and development of agriculture. At present,there are some＂dead angles＂in the supply-side structural reform of agriculture： the operation scale of farms is fairly small,the structure of agricultural products is unbalance,and the industry chain of agricultural is seriously short. On the basis,this paper presents some measures, such as pay close attention to the construction of agricultural infrastructure,strengthen scientific and technological innovation, promote industrial integration, extend the industrial chain,and improve the quality supervision mechanism.
