摘要
近年来,二维层状纳米材料在生物医学领域引起研究人员的广泛关注。然而,这些二维层状纳米材料所具备的生物学性质尚未被完全探明,其相应的生物学应用仍有很大的局限性。联合使用超声和溶剂热剥离的方法对二硫化钼(MoS_2)和二硫化钨(WS_2)粉末进行处理,成功制备小尺寸二维层状纳米材料MoS_2和WS_2。通过抗坏血酸催化氧化实验,首次制备得到的二维层状纳米材料MoS_2和WS_2均具有类氧化酶活性,并且纳米MoS_2的类氧化酶活性高于纳米WS_2。进一步实验表明两种层状纳米材料均能够氧化抗氧化生物分子-谷胱甘肽,对革兰氏阴性菌(大肠杆菌)和阳性菌(金黄色葡萄球菌)均表现出有效的抗菌活性。此外,发现MoS_2的抗菌活性高于WS_2,这与两者的类氧化酶活性一致。
Graphene-like two-dimensional layered nanomaterials have recently drawn great attention in the field of biomedicine.However,the biological properties and applications of these 2Dnanomaterials have not been fully understood.In this paper,the small-sized 2Dlayered nanomaterials including MoS2and WS2 were prepared by using the combination of sonication and solvothermal treatment of bulk MoS2and WS2 powder.The experiments of ascorbic acid catalytic oxidation demonstrate that the fabricated nanomaterials possess oxidase-like activity and MoS2 exhibits stronger activity than WS2.Further experiment shows the MoS2and WS2nanomaterials can cause the oxidation of glutathione,thereby exhibiting antimicrobial activity against both gram-negative and gram-positive bacteria.And the MoS2 shows more efficient antimicrobial activity than WS2,which is in accordance with the activity of oxidases.In this work,theoretical guidance for the research and application of the 2D layered nanomaterials as potential enzyme mimics were provided.
