受多元价值观和市场经济影响,拜金主义、享乐主义、功利主义是造成师德失范的思想根源。中小学教师师德失范的原因主要有:教师敬业精神受到市场经济利益取向的影响;教师的职业担当面临多元社会思潮的冲击;教师职业素养的塑造未能适应教育改革环境的新变化;教师职业操守行为未能形成有效的制度监督机制。

Multi-values and the market-economy result in the money-worship,sensualism and utilitarianism which are the resource of the teachers＇ amorality.The reasons include the interest-oriented influences on their professional dedication,the multi-tides of social ideas being confronted with their career responsibility,the professional qualities being unadaptable to the new situation of education reform and the monitoring system being out of controlling the professional behavoirs.
