“一带一路”背景下创新型日语人才培养模式探索

Study on the Education Model of Innovative Talents of Japanese Major under the Background of "the Belt and Road Initiative"

"一带一路"战略为中国迎来了一次新的改革开放,在新时代背景下,为了增强国家软实力,就必须培育出新一代"一带一路"创新型人才。日本既是我国的邻国,又作为我国21世纪海上丝绸之路的重要合作国家之一,培养创新型日语人才是当今我国高校面临的巨大挑战。基于国家对创新型日语人才的需求,结合我国日语专业教学现存的弊端,从培养目标、课程体系、教学方法、师资建设、"三个合作"新机制、"走出去"全方位交流、学生自我提升等不同角度出发,以期为"一带一路"背景下创新型日语人才培养提供一定启示。

＂The Belt and Road Initiative＂ strategy has brought a new reform and opening-up to China.In order to strengthen Chinese ＂soft power＂,it is a necessity to cultivate innovative Japanese talents in the new era.Japan is a neighbour of our country and one of the cooperative partners of ＂21 st Century Maritime Silk Road＂.It is a big challenge for universities to cultivate innovation Japanese talents.Focusing on the existing problems of Japanese major education,and talking the demands of innovative talents of Japanese major of our country into account.This paper aims to study the education model of innovative talents of Japanese major under the background of ＂the Belt and Road Initiative＂ form the prospective of cultivation goal,curriculum system,teaching methods,faculty education, ＂three cooperation＂, ＂to go out＂ and self-improvement.
