摘要
近年来,以酱香型白酒为重点的贵州白酒产业优势和贡献较为突出,在贵州省经济和社会发展中起着重要作用。贵州白酒以全国3.3%的产量,实现全国32.5%的利润总额,出口创汇、税金总额、销售收入名列全国前茅。但随着市场竞争日益加剧,贵州白酒产业及企业在不断发展壮大的同时,也应注意品牌建设、市场拓展、质量管理、技术创新及发展能力等方面问题。主要分析贵州白酒产业发展过程中企业管理方面存在的主要问题,提出白酒企业创新管理及发展路径,为贵州白酒产业及企业发展决策提供参考。
In recent years, Guizhou Baijiu industry(mainly Jiangxiang Baijiu) has made outstanding contributions, and has played an important role in the economic and social development of Guizhou. Guizhou Baijiu accounts for 3.3 % of the total output of Baijiu industry in China, whilst its profit accounts for 32.5 % of the total profit of the whole Baijiu industry, and its export, taxes and sales revenue are all among the top of the industry. With the intensification of competition, Guizhou Baijiu enterprises should pay more attention to brand building, market development, quality control, technological innovation and development capacity. In this paper, we analyzed the problems in enterprise management in the development of Guizhou Baijiu enterprises, proposed an innovative management and development path for Baijiu enterprises, and provided reference for decision making for Guizhou Baijiu industry.(Trans. by HUANG Xiaoli)
