摘要
为了提高标准流量计法流量标准装置的不确定度水平,提出标准流量计法流量标准装置的建模方法,采用质量法流量标准装置测得标准流量计的仪表系数,通过研究仪表系数的特征,建立流量标准装置高精度数学测量模型,在通用量程范围内,标准流量计法流量标准装置的不确定度为0.06%,与线性数学模型的不确定度相比,大幅提高了标检流量计的精度。在流量标准装置上对仪表系数数学模型进行实验验证,结果表明:流量计法流量标准装置的数学模型可标检0.2%的流量计。
In order to improve the uncertainty of flow standard facility, the method of constructing the model of flow standard facility was proposed, and having the gravimetric flow facility adopted to measure the coefficient of standard flow meter was implemented. Through investigating the characteristics of meter coefficient and es- tablishing a mathematical measurement model with high accuracy, the uncertainty of flow facility measured by the standard flow meter method can be 0.06% in the lull range ; and as compared to the uncertainty of linear mathematical model, the accuracy of flow meter calibration was substantially improved. Experimentally verif- ying the mathematical model of the meter coefficient in the flow standard facility shows that, the flow meter with 0.2% uncertainty could be calibrated by the flow facility' s mathematical model based on the standard flow meter method.
