Design and Research on Heat Reliability for Electronic Equipments

摘要 介绍了热控制设计的目标和基本原则,在热控制方法上,详述了元器件布局、热屏蔽、模块自然散热等自然冷却设计方法,并结合实际应用进行了举例说明;给出了热分析流程和注意事项,对开展热试验提出了切实有效的试验方法,最后就如何提高热设计水平给出了一些感悟和建议。 Objects and basic principles of heat control design are introduced. The heat control methods such as the natural cooling design methods for component location, heat shield, module natural heat radiation are introduced in detail. And examples are described with applications. The flow of heat analysis and notices are given. The effective experimental methods are proposed for heat tests. The reviews and advices for enhancing effectively the heat design level are given.
