工业遗产作为一种价值形态,存续则以价值为轴心,以利用为保护,以规划为手段和策略,促使价值要素的市场化流动并在流动过程进行价值转化或衍生。以此逻辑推演,所谓工业遗产,就是工业+遗产或者是工业类的遗产。工业是人类物质文明的价值体现形态,但并非核心价值,核心价值在于人与物之间的能赋融合。因此,工业遗产保护,不再为了单纯保护物即工业物质遗存,而是对其能赋价值的挖掘、深潜,使其呈现新的价值形态。所以,工业遗址不是工业遗产,工业遗产至少包含物质形态与非物质能赋,由此作为判定工业遗产的价值坐标,即工业遗产具有或不具有价值,在于特定物化体现所承载的非物质能赋,而非孤立的建筑或物质体现物与所承载能赋毫不相关、或关系不大的物化遗存。文章从工业遗产如何有效保护以及保护什么价值方面,提出系统性的建议和可供具体操作的路径和方法,以期对中国工业遗产保护、国家工业文化战略实施,发挥针对性的应用功能。

As a form of value,industrial heritage continues to take value as the axis,making use of protection,planning as a means and strategy,promoting the marketization of value elements and transforming or deriving the value in the process of flow.In this logic,the so-called industrial heritage is the legacy of industry ＋ heritage or industry.Industry is the embodiment of the value of human material civilization,but it is not the core value,and the core value lies in the integration of the energy between people and things.Therefore,the protection of industrial heritage is not to simply protect things,that is,industrial material remains,but to excavate and deep the potential value of them so as to present new value forms.Therefore,the industrial heritage is not an industrial heritage,and the industrial heritage contains at least the material form and the nonmaterial energy,which is the value coordinate for determining the industrial heritage.Whether or not industrial heritage has or does not possess value is embodied in the materialization of intangible material,rather than the materialized remains of isolated buildings or materialized remains that are not related to or have little relation to the bearing capacity of intangible material.This article from how to protect the industrial heritage effectively and what value to protect,this paper puts forward systematic suggestions and specific ways and methods to operate,in order to play a specific application function to China＇s industrial heritage protection and national industrial cultural strategy implementation.
