对广西某镇高血压患者健康管理项目知晓率的分析

Analysis of the awareness rate of health management in patients with hypertension project in a town in Guangxi

目的通过调查居民对高血压患者健康管理项目的知晓率和实施情况,为开展该项目提供基础资料。方法在石塘镇18个村庄中,按照东、西、南、北部四个方向抽出四个村庄采用偶遇抽样方法,对居民进行问卷调查,并对项目管理者进行了访谈。结果 130名居民中,高血压健康管理项目的知晓率为46.2%,不同人口特征的居民中,年龄组间(c2=7.834,P=0.020)和有无高血压组间(c2=4.917,P=0.027)有统计学意义,项目各服务内容条细知晓率低。结论石塘镇居民对高血压健康管理项目的总体知晓率低,宣传和实施力度不足,需要卫生服务部门更高的重视和改善。

Objective Through the sample investigation of the awareness rate and the implementation of the project of health management in patients with hypertension of the residents, we provide the basic data for carrying out the project. Methods According to the four directions of East,West, South and North, we select four villages from 18 villages in the town of Shitang using accidental sampling method, and we did questionnaires and interviews to the residents accordingly. Results 130 residents were enrolled in the survey, the awareness rate of health management in patients with hypertension was 46.2%. Among the residents of different demographic characteristics, the awareness rates have statistical significance in different ages（χ^2=7.834, P=0.020） and in whether they have hypertension（χ^2=4.917, P=0.027）. The awareness rate of the specific items of the project is low. Conclusion Shitang town residents overall have low awareness in hypertension health management programs, the promotion and implementation of the health service section need more attention and improvement.
