临床免疫检验质量的影响因素及控制措施研究

Study on Influencing Factors and Control Measures of Clinical Immunoassay Quality

目的探究在临床免疫检验的过程中,对于检验质量的影响因素,同时对其控制措施进行总结分析。方法针对1 500份免疫检验资料的相关情况进行分析,探究其在标本采集、标本处理、标本测定等因素方面对于免疫检验质量和结果的影响,同时按照其实际情况制定控制措施,本次研究在2015年2月~2016年10月间实施。结果经过分析发现,影响免疫检验质量的相关因素较多,其中包括实验操作员的素质、实验室的温度、实验室湿度、试剂平衡时间、实验标本的质量。结论临床免疫检验质量的影响因素及控制措施研究发现,其相关影响因素较多,因此我们应该全面进行质量控制,严格遵照相关实验流程,最终提高免疫检验的质量。

Objective To explore the influencing factors of quality control in clinical immunological examination, and to summarize and analyze its control measures. Methods For 1 500 immune testing data analysis of the relevant information to explore in the specimen collection, processing,the specimens were determined for immune factors aspects, such as checking quality and results, the influence of formulate control measures according to the actual situation at the same time, the study was conducted between February 2015 to October 2016. Results After analysis found that the related factors affecting the quality of immunity test is more, including the operator＇s quality, the temperature of the laboratory, laboratory humidity,reagent balance time, the quality of the experimental specimen. Conclusion Clinical immune factors influencing the quality of inspection and control measures, the study found the related influencing factors, so we should comprehensive quality control, strictly comply with the relevant experimental process, eventually improve the quality of the immunity test.
