二维超声和彩色多普勒超声诊断乳腺癌的应用价值及效果分析

Application value and effect analysis of Two-dimensional Ultrasound and Color Doppler Ultrasoundin diagnosis of Breast Cancer

目的分析二维超声和彩色多普勒超声诊断乳腺癌的应用价值及效果。方法从2010年10月~2017年10月本院收治的乳腺癌病例中选106例为研究对象,给予彩色多普勒超声以及二维超声影像检查,以穿刺活检(或手术)病理学诊断为标准,观察比较两种超声检查的单独诊断与联合诊断结果的准确度。结果二维超声确诊率低于彩色多普勒超声,二维超声确诊率70.75%,彩色多普勒超声确诊率83.02%,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);彩色多普勒超声确诊率低于联合超声,联合超声检查确诊率93.40%,经对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论二维超声连同彩色多普勒超声对乳腺癌均有辅助性诊断作用,有应用价值,两者合用,可促进乳腺癌的早期确诊率与预后的显著提高,因此值得推广。

Objective To analyze the value and effect of two-dimensional ultrasonography and color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods From October 2010 to October 2017, 106 cases of breast cancer in our hospital were selected as the study subjects, the color Doppler ultrasonography and two-dimensional ultrasonography were given, and the standard of biopsy（or operation）. The accuracy of individual diagnosis and combined diagnosis of the two ultrasonography was observed. Results The two-dimensional ultrasound diagnosis rate was lower than the color Doppler ultrasonography, the two-dimensional ultrasonic diagnosis rate was 70.75%, the diagnosis rate of color Doppler ultrasonography was 83.02%, the contrast difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The diagnostic rate of color doppler ultrasound is lower than that of combined ultrasound, and the diagnostic rate of combined ultrasound is 93.40%. The contrast difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Two-dimensional ultrasonography, combined with color Doppler ultrasonography, has an auxiliary diagnostic effect on breast cancer,which can promote the early diagnosis rate and prognosis of breast cancer, so it is worth popularizing.
